Jinan Overseas was established in 1999 by our founder, Ms. Liu. It was her dream to make it easier for Chinese children to study abroad.

Through personal and professional links built up over many years, the company started to build trust internationally and quickly signed formal agency agreements with many leading overseas institutions.

Ms. Liu identified the importance of high-quality advice and expert planning in helping Chinese families find opportunities to send their children to study abroad.

Jinan Overseas is based in Shandong Province, though we also work with students and parents from across mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, as well as Chinese students who are already studying abroad.
